I have learned valuable judging lessons by working full time as a Judge's Law Clerk Intern and as a Federal Judicial Law Clerk to two well respected Federal District Court Judges. I have substituted in court as judge for General Sessions Court and Lenoir City Court. I have the superior combined experience, training and skills to find the appropriate law, apply the facts of each case, and to issue impartial justice, tempered by mercy when necessary. Ask around about my integrity as well as the integrity of my opponents. Ask about my ability to treat others impartially, as equals. If you do ask, you'll find that my character and my qualifications are the best choice for Loudon County General Sessions Judge. Please vote for me in the May 4 Republican Primary and spread the word to your family and friends to do the same. Once we win the Primary, I'll need those votes again in the August 5 General Election.
Impartial Justice for AllHave you ever seen a statue of "Lady Justice"? Some are blindfolded, meaning that justice is available impartially to all who seek it without fear or favor, regardless of identity, money, power, or weakness. She holds a set of balancing scales in her left hand to measure all facts of each case before rendering her judgment. She is also often seen carrying a double-edged sword in her right hand, symbolizing the power of Reason and Justice, which may be wielded either for, or against, any party. My favorite is the statue where Lady Justice is seated and is listening to the Angel of Mercy before standing to announce her judgment. I believe in honesty and integrity at all costs while deciding all cases with impartial Justice, tempered by Mercy when necessary. If you believe as I do, then I ask for your vote as your Judge for Loudon County.
